Where a User cannot satisfy the platform that the minimum age requirement is met, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during that period may be withheld.
Age Restriction: It is a serious offence under the 365age Terms to misrepresent your age in order to access the platform. 365age cooperates with relevant authorities where fraudulent age misrepresentation is identified.
Each individual may hold only one active 365age account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 365age reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 365age will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 365age support immediately.
As part of our commitment to platform integrity and fraud prevention, 365age may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, alongside a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Accounts that have not completed the required KYC process may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 365age does not charge processing fees on deposits made through local mobile financial services; fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the User.

Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the policies of the issuing bank. 365age reserves the right to delay the processing of withdrawal requests where additional identity verification is required or where the withdrawal triggers an internal fraud review.
By depositing funds into your 365age account, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the funds and that the funds are derived from lawful sources. 365age may request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Currency Note: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on 365age are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is performed on the platform.
A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation message from the 365age platform. Until that confirmation is displayed, no bet has been placed. 365age accepts no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or interruptions on the User's end.
Odds displayed on the 365age sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movement.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full in the following circumstances:
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time at the discretion of 365age, including but not limited to during critical match moments, data feed interruptions, or where the integrity of a market is in question. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. 365age accepts no liability for losses arising from the inability to place an in-play bet during a suspension period.
A maximum payout limit applies to all bets placed on the 365age sportsbook. The applicable maximum win limit varies by sport, market, and bet type and is published in the 365age betting rules section. Where a bet's potential return exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the excess above the limit will not be paid.
The 365age casino library is powered by globally certified software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game availability may vary over time as studio partnerships change. 365age makes no guarantee that any specific game title will remain available on the platform indefinitely.
All slot and casino games available on 365age are independently tested and certified to operate at published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are indicative of long-term statistical performance across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee results in individual playing sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during a game round, the round in question will be void and the stake returned to the User's account balance. Any displayed win resulting from a clearly erroneous game state will not be honoured. 365age's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 12.
If a User is disconnected from the 365age platform during an active game round, the game will resume from its last confirmed state upon reconnection. Winnings generated during a disconnected round are credited to the account balance once the round is completed. 365age is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from the User's own connectivity failures.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 365age are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a 365age account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the allotted period.
365age maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is identified, 365age reserves the right to cancel the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
The 365age Loyalty Programme operates under its own specific terms, which are published on the Loyalty Program page at /loyalty-program. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the redemption mechanisms provided by 365age, and expire in accordance with the inactivity policies published in the Loyalty Programme terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365age platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
365age reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where a security risk has been identified, or where regulatory compliance obligations require it. During a suspension, the User may not place bets, access casino games, or initiate withdrawals. Deposits made to a suspended account will be returned to the originating payment method.
You may request the closure of your 365age account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion; if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, you should explicitly request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 365age reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, subject to prior notice via the registered email address.
